Families arriving here are often exhausted, distracted, and reading on a phone at 2am. The site should work for them, and for everyone else.

Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is not a one-time project, and we treat reports of problems as bugs to fix rather than requests to consider.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
- Text and background color combinations checked for contrast
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline on every interactive element
- Descriptive alternative text on images, and labels on every form field
- Responsive layout that works from a small phone up, with no horizontal scrolling
- Motion kept minimal, and reduced automatically for visitors whose device requests it
- Plain language, short paragraphs, and no jargon we don't define
Known limitations
