Service line one
Diagnostic & Treatment Clinic
Expert evaluation and evidence-guided medical care, delivered fast — because in these conditions, speed is clinical.
- Rapid multidisciplinary evaluation — target of initial evaluation within one to two weeks of referral, including history, exam, infectious and immunologic workup, and standardized neuropsychiatric assessment
- Evidence-guided treatment following published consensus frameworks: treat the source infection, calm the immune and inflammatory response, and treat symptoms psychiatrically and behaviorally
- A dedicated care coordinator per family, unified records, and a single point of contact who knows your child's case
The team
Pediatrics, immunology and rheumatology, infectious disease, and child psychiatry — working from the same chart, in the same building, on the same week.
That coordination is the part that does not currently exist anywhere in Southern California.
Service line two
Pediatric Infusion Center
A licensed, child-centered infusion suite — the clinical cornerstone of the center.
For the subset of children who need it (published estimates suggest roughly 10–15% of PANS/PANDAS children are IVIG candidates), on-site infusion means receiving time-sensitive therapy without traveling out of region or waiting months for a hospital infusion slot.
The suite is designed for anxious children rather than adapted from adult care: private bays, comfort items, child-life support, sensory-aware lighting and sound, and real seating for a parent who is going to be there all day.
Why the infusion center matters
Clinically — children get time-sensitive therapy locally, without a waitlist.
Financially — under AB 2105, IVIG is covered by state-regulated plans, and infusion anchors the center's earned-revenue base, which is what makes the mission sustainable rather than donation-dependent forever.
Experientially — a pediatric-designed suite dramatically reduces the trauma of infusion compared with a general hospital setting.
Service line three
Family Wellbeing Center
Parents arrive exhausted, financially strained, and often traumatized by the search for answers. Siblings absorb the collateral stress. We treat the family as the unit of care — these are core services, not afterthoughts.
Behavioral therapy
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and CBT for OCD and anxiety, delivered on-site and coordinated directly with the medical team.
Occupational & nutritional therapy
For handwriting and motor regression, sensory needs, and recovery from restrictive eating.
Parent training, sibling support & peer mentorship
Treating the family system — and connecting new families with mentor families who have already walked it.
School reintegration & advocacy
504 and IEP support, physician letters, and a school-team liaison whose job is getting your child back to learning.

Leadership, Education & Research
The "Leadership Program" in our name. A center that only treats the families who find it has solved a small piece of the problem.
- Clinician education — CME, grand rounds, and referral-partner training to raise regional recognition and shorten diagnostic delay
- Outcomes registry & research — systematic tracking of patient outcomes to build the evidence base and support academic partnerships
- Advocacy — partnering with statewide and national organizations to strengthen coverage and awareness

4–6 exam & consult rooms

With nursing station and USP-compliant medication preparation area.
3–4 therapy rooms
For ERP and CBT, occupational therapy, and family sessions.

Calm, non-institutional, and built around children who are already overwhelmed.
Licensed & compliant
